Our first step is meeting with you in person to learn more about your vision and needs. This is an important step in building our client-contractor relationship and ensuring we are the right fit.
We prepare and present a project estimate based on the scope of the project, along with a timeline and plan for execution. We work with you to make any necessary changes to ensure your project needs are realized.
We pride ourselves in closely monitoring the timeline, scope and budget of each project. We are personally on site daily, working hands-on and managing details. We believe successful project management requires consistent communication and full transparency.
We stand behind our work, ensuring that you are satisfied with the final product and that it lasts. After project completion, we do a walk through with you to ensure all things are finished as promised.
